Access to HNWI Chronicles begins with a confidential fit review. We reserve the right to:

• • Assess whether your case fits a Decision Memo or related engagement
• • Deny or revoke access at our discretion
• • Require ongoing verification of qualification criteria

Any access granted is personal, limited, and non-transferable unless we approve otherwise in writing.

All intelligence, research, and content provided through HNWI Chronicles is:

• • Proprietary and confidential information
• • For your personal use only
• • Not to be shared, distributed, or published
• • Subject to confidentiality obligations

Violation of confidentiality may result in immediate termination and legal action.

HNWI Chronicles provides intelligence for informational purposes only. We do not:

• • Provide legal, tax, or fiduciary advice
• • Guarantee investment performance or outcomes
• • Replace your existing advisors, trustees, or counsel
