Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Window

You may cancel your subscription anytime within the first 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

2. Refund Processing

If eligible, refunds will be processed within 14 working days from the date of cancellation.

The refund will be credited to your original payment method or any other agreed-upon method.

3. How to Cancel

To cancel, please email us at concierge@hnwichronicles.com with your subscription details or use the cancellation feature in your account settings (if available).

We will acknowledge receipt of your cancellation request within 1-2 business days.

4. Partial Use & No Partial Refunds

If you cancel within the 14-day window, you receive a full refund. After 14 days, cancellations typically do not qualify for refunds.

No prorated or partial refunds are provided for unused months outside the 14-day initial period.

5. Subscription Access Upon Cancellation

Once cancellation is confirmed, access to subscribed Services will be terminated immediately or at the end of your current billing cycle, depending on our mutual agreement.

6. Disputes & Chargebacks

If you have an issue with your subscription, please contact us first.

Chargebacks will be contested if we believe the refund policy was not followed or if services were rendered.
